We guarantee that the frame and suspension system of our sofas, chairs, ottomans, beds, and dining sets will be free from manufacturer’s defects for up to 10 years. Some restrictions apply.
Available weekdays, 9am - 5pm. The delivery team will carry your piece into your home, place it in the room of your choice, unwrap, and assemble (if needed). They will also clean up and remove any packaging so you can start relaxing right away!
We offer flexible policies for customers within the 48 contiguous United States who request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery. Some fees may apply.
