Your happiness with your new sofa is our number one priority. That is why we work extremely hard to ensure you are pleased with your selection; but if you aren’t, for whatever reason, we’ll take it back — even if you customized the design. We are happy to offer a best-in-class return policy.

Free Shipping & Delivery

Free White Glove Delivery: Eligibility & Inclusions

In addition to shipping your order to your address free of charge, we provide complimentary white glove delivery for orders containing a sofa, sectional, bed, standard-size chair, petite chair, dining table or set, two or more slipper chairs, or four or more dining chairs. With this service, the delivery team will carry your order into your home and up one flight of stairs*, unwrap, and assemble (when applicable). They will also clean up any packaging when they are done.

*Please note: deliveries including more than one flight of stairs will incur a charge of $25 (plus applicable taxes) per additional flight.

Free Threshold Delivery: Eligibility & Inclusions

In addition to shipping your order to your address free of charge, we provide complimentary threshold delivery for orders of one, two, or three dining chairs or one slipper chair. With this service, the delivery team will carry your order into your home and up one flight of stairs* for you to unwrap and assemble (when applicable). To upgrade from threshold delivery to white glove delivery, you may pay a fee of $50 during checkout. Or, you can add to your order so it includes four dining chairs, two slipper chairs, a sofa, sectional, standard-size chair, petite chair, ottoman, or dining table or set.

*Please note: deliveries including more than one flight of stairs will incur a charge of $25 (plus applicable taxes) per additional flight.

Time of Day

Deliveries can be scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8am until 5pm local time.

Services Offered for an Extra Fee

Saturday deliveries are offered for $100 (plus applicable taxes). Deliveries including more than one flight of stairs will incur a fee of of $25 (plus applicable taxes) per additional flight. Orders that are required to be held at a local distribution center for more than 2 weeks incur a weekly charge of $35 (plus applicable taxes).

365-Days Returns

Please note we are only able to process refunds to the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are put into production 48 hours after being placed. If you would like to cancel your order for a full refund, you must do so within 48 hours of the order being placed — or a 10% production fee will be incurred.

Requested within 14 days of delivery

100% merchandise credit or 100% money back. Free return shipping.

To facilitate the process we’d love it if you’d send us pictures of the order to order@interiordefine.com. Returns must be picked up promptly; if the item(s) are not returned within two weeks of return confirmation, fees may be incurred.

Requested within 365 days of delivery

The return will incur a 10% return fee. Customer is responsible for $400-shipping fee.

Reorders & Exchanges

Please note the policies below apply to reorders and exchanges made for personal reasons and do not apply to those made due to manufacturing errors or damages. We are only able to process refunds to the original method of payment.

Only one exchange permitted per order. Any returns on exchanges are not subject to the free return window. Any special discounts or promo codes applied to the original order do not carry over to the item it is exchanged for.

We will honor an exchange within 365 days of accepting delivery. If you do not wish to keep the current item while you reorder and you have initiated your exchange within 14 days of accepting delivery, we will issue the refund once the item is picked up. If you wish to keep the returning piece until the new order arrives, a 20% exchange fee (not to exceed $400) will be applied to the new order.

If you donate your item to a local charity and provide tax documentation or other validation, we will refund all exchange fees. Proof of donation is required prior to delivery. If we do not receive proof of donation at least 48 hours before delivery, we will pick up the returning piece at the time of delivery and the 20% exchange fee will not be refunded. If you wish to keep the current item while you wait for your reorder and do not wish to participate in the donation program, you will be responsible for a 20% rental fee, not to exceed $400.

We want to make sure your piece is perfect for you, so we give you the flexibility to adjust your order. We begin manufacturing your piece immediately upon receiving the order and any changes during the manufacturing process result in lost time and materials. Please finalize all order modifications within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, we reserve the rights to charge up to a 10% order-modification fee.

Missed Delivery

When scheduled delivery time is missed

If you are not present at the agreed upon delivery window, you will be charged a fee of $100.

10-Year Warranty

Applicable to the original owner and original delivery address only.

Interior Define guarantees that the frame and suspension system of its sofas, chairs, and beds will be free from manufacturer’s defects for up to 10 years. Interior Define also guarantees that the frame of its dining tables will be free from manufacturer's defects for up to 10 years. This includes structural damages, but not damages from use. Modifications made to the structure by the customer, including installation of third party legs, waives this guarantee.

Damages

If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 14 days of delivery, we will hire a specialist to examine your piece. Upon inspection, our specialist will repair the damaged or defective area at no cost to you. If we are unable to repair the sofa, chair, bed or table we will arrange a refund or re-order or exchange.

Donation Program

Interior Define is proud to donate selected returned pieces to local charitable organizations at its discretion.

Restrictions / Limitations

Shipping Within the 48 Contiguous United States

Our return policy is limited to one return or exchange per household.

Shipping Outside the 48 Contiguous United States

Free shipping and white glove delivery and 365-day returns are available only for orders shipped to the contiguous 48 United States. Learn more.

Throw Pillows & Legs

Throw pillows can only be returned if you are also returning a custom sofa, sectional, chair, or bed. Otherwise, throw pillows are considered final sale.

Extra sets of legs are final sale.
